Faulty Item Received
In order to avail of the refund for a damaged or faulty product, you will have to send us a video of opening the product packaging. If you receive a faulty item, just send us the video of it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our facility depending on the order demand and design (Order processing can take up to 2-3 days). We usually ship the order from our boutique as soon as the customization is complete. And it takes up to 7-10 working days for the shipping companies to make your order reach you.
We’ll always be there to assist you to let you know about its status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our facility. So once it leaves our facility, it will reach you.

Wrong size received
If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide you with the process of sorting out the issue.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, you’ll have to send us the video showing the wrong measurements of the product received. We’ll be more than happy to rectify it at our end.
I ordered by mistake/I’m no longer interested
The orders can’t be canceled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually start the customization within 24 hours.
Following are the steps involved in processing Returns:
Writing to the customer care on the given email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not forget to mention the Order Number and your complete information along with your User ID and other details filled at the time of placing the order.
Once a Return Request is received, Roopsi Couture takes a maximum of 48 working hours to verify the nature of the request and process further.
However, in the event of a request that is not authentic and does not comply with Roopsi Couture's return policy, Roopsi Couture is entitled to take measures and/or actions including rejecting the return request.
When the product is delivered to you, kindly ensure that the product packaging is intact and there is no damage, whatsoever, caused to the packaging during the course of the shipping. In case of any such issues, request you not to accept the delivery and inform Roopsi Couture's customer care at the earliest. The return process of the product may vary from the varying nature of it.
To initiate the return of any product purchased through www.roopsiboutique.com, you are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
The product delivered to you must not be used at all.
While returning the package to Roopsi Couture, it is advised that you maintain strong and adequate packaging so that the product(s) doesn’t get any further damaged in the course of shipping.
In the event of acceptance of such product(s) by Roopsi Couture, the condition of the product(s) received will be duly checked by Roopsi Couture.
On the satisfactory assessment of the returned product(s), the amount paid for the damaged or defective good will be refunded to the customer by Roopsi Couture in full via online transfer to the same channel the initial transaction was done by the customer. Under no circumstances a refund is done in cash at Roopsi Couture.
Orders paid online on www.roopsiboutique.com will be initiated for a refund through online transaction within 2 working days, post the satisfactory assessment of the returned product, however, crediting of the amount to the customer's account will take 5 to 7 working days.
In case the customer has redeemed a coupon to purchase a product at www.roopsiboutique.com, the equal value might not be refunded by Roopsi Couture. In such cases, Roopsi Couture will replace the product or will allow the customer to purchase another product with the same value as per the customer's choice.
In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, Roopsi Couture will only accept returns for the damaged products received within 3 days from the day that the product has been delivered.
To initiate the return of your product kindly email us at email@example.com with the following information: Order Id, Product Name, Order Date, Reason For Return.
As of now, we accept exchanges for 3 days from the day that the product has been delivered. The exchange will be valid for the same design which had been ordered initially. If the size in that particular design isn't available then, in that case, the customer can order any other design of the same value.
