Faulty Item Received

In order to avail the refund for a damaged or a faulty product, you will have to send us a video of opening the product packaging. If you receive a faulty item, just send us the video of it to info@roopsiboutique.com along with your order number.

 

Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our facility depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our boutique as soon as the customization is complete. And it takes up to 7-14 days by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to shipping company’s issues.

We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.

It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our facility. So once it leaves our facility, it will reach you.

Wrong size received

If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of sorting out the issue.

If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, you’ll have to send us the video showing the wrong measurements of the product received. We’ll be more than happy to rectify it at our end.

 

I ordered by mistake/I’m no longer interested

The orders can’t be canceled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually start the customization within 24 hours.

 

Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Instagram/Facebook and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship Worldwide!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there will be a 7-14 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don’t hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!

 

May I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking. Email: info@roopsiboutique.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

 

Where can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked here by entering the right order details and email address.
 

How can I pay?

We currently accept online payments! You can pay us through bank transfer or UPI.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at info@roopsiboutique.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

Taxes & Duties:

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties that are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
